The features of Korean Teas
Korean calls the concept that taking harmfulness out of a body as 'Boyang' or 'Boshin' that means protect body and makes it in a good condition with eating good things.
All of Korean teas have some special medical ingredients which are good for health.
For example, when I get a cold I drink Yuza hot tea.
Yuza is yuze, a kind of citrus, contains vitamin C a lot.
The tea is made of its peels with the same amount of sugar.
After keeping the tea jar in room temperature for 1~2 days, then it will be good to eat.
If I drink the tea every day, my sore throat will be better and my body can fight against the virus well.
And drinking some teas like Sickye and Maesil is very good for digestion.
After eating too much, just one cup of these teas is the best way without medicine.
Not just a drink but a remedy, Korean tea has the features to support health.
What I want to study about Creativity / 나는 창의성 전문가가 되고자 한다.
I've always wondered where people's creativity comes from and how can develop it for them.
When I worked at my previous company, I was very tired of routine jobs.
Every day the same as yesterday... I felt that time was just flying without my will.
I wanted to change my work style and try to do something new but I couldn't.
Long before I got a job that company, I managed a small business.
At that time, my business was so tiny little one, but I was happier than the company's work.
Because I could try whatever I wanted to, even if it failed.
From these two experiences, I made up my mind to be a person who help the people work at a company to be more free with developing and supporting their ideas creatively.
So, now I start to the journey to be the guide of creativity.

나는 창의성 전문가가 되고 싶다.
내가 회사에서 일하면서 가장 답답하게 여겼던 부분은 반복되는 일상에 대한 질림이었다.
언제나 시간은 흘러가고 나는 어제와 같은 일을 하고 있고...
새로운 방법을 시도하고 싶지만 시간이 부족하고, 나 자신도 의욕이 없는 그런 상황의 연속이었달까?
입사 몇 년 전 작은 개인 사업을 할 때, 비록 구멍가게 수준의 사업이었지만 나는 보다 창의적인 사람이었다.
내가 하고 싶은 일은 비록 실패하더라도 모든지 시도할 수 있었으니까.
이 두 가지 경험에서 얻은 결론은, 인간의 창의성에 대해 공부/연구하여 지금도 예전의 나처럼 회사에서 답답함을 느끼며 일하는 사람들을 돕는 사람이 되고 싶다는 것이다.
즉, 창의성 가이드가 되어 그들의 창의성을 끌어내고 조력하는 사람이 되는 것이 나의 목표 중 하나이다.
따라서 앞으로 이 카테고리는 창의성에 대한 나의 생각들과 공부에 대한 포스팅으로 채워지게 될 것이다.
Korean Traditional Teas, GOOD for health
1. Sikhye - sweet and cold tea is made from Rice & malt.
2. Yuzu(Yuza) tea - hot or cold tea, Yuzu is a citron like lemon, lime. It contains vitamin C a lot and is good for colds with cough and sore throat.
3. Quince(Mo gwa) tea - hot tea, sweet and a little bitter. It is good for colds like Yuzu.
4. Adlay(Yoolmu) tea - hot tea, grind adlay powder in hot water. taste like roasted sesame.
5. Five tastes(Omiza) tea - It is the fruit of Maximowiczia typica which has five different kinds of taste; sweet, sour, bitter, salty, and hot.
In the tea put some sugar or honey to make it more tasty.
Good for cough, hoarseness. Korean traditional herb.
6. Persimmon(Hong Shi) tea - cold tea like slush is made of frozen ripe persimmon. Very sweet without any sugar.
7. Asian Apricot(Maesil) tea - hot or cold, good for digestion, rejuvenate your tired body. Iced tea is very popular after having meal as a dessert.
8. Ginger tea - hot tea, good for colds, stomach ache, hot and bitter taste.
9. Soojunggwa - made of Persimmon, Cinnamon, ginger and sugar. drink in hot. The taste is hot and sweet. It has strong aroma.
10. Ginseng tea - the most healthy tea because of Ginseng's medicinal ingredients. Mostly hot tea. bitter and very hot.
11. SSanghwacha - medicinal tea, The name means "combine", "be a partner each other." Revitalize and rejuvenate weak body. very hot and thick tea, especially good in winter to prevent colds.
12. Green tea - hot tea, baby leaf green tea has very good and mild taste. Boil the water not too hot, around 70 degrees celious is needed.
13. Kuzu vine tea - ground the root and make it to an extract. It's a little bitter and very sweet. Make the tea in the cold water.
14. Mixed Whole grain tea/soup - powdered barley, rice, bean.
mix in cold water thickly and put some ice and drink it coldly.

소셜 네트워킹 서비스가 싫다. I can’t stand SNS!
페이스북 안하면 사람 취급도 못받는다는 요즘, 나는 SNS가 정말로 싫다.
컴퓨터학을 전공하고 소위 말하는 대표 IT 기업에도 다녔고, 항상 컴퓨터를 옆에 끼고 살았던 내가 왜?
SNS는 부담스럽다.
일단 SNS를 시작하면 누군가로부터 항상 메시지를 받고 그에 대한 응답을 해줘야 하는 의무감을 견딜 수 없다.
상호간의 소통이라지만 내가 원치 않아도 다른 이의 (사소한) 얘기꺼리가 팝업 광고처럼 24/7 내 페이지를 점령한다.
스마트폰 덕분에 굳이 컴퓨터를 켜지 않아도 수시로 메시지 업데이트를 알린다.
내가 설정한 거니까 당연한거라고?
나도 최신 기술을 통해 인간관계를 더 쉽게 맺어보고자, 아니 흐름에 동참해보고자 했건만 이건 시간이 지날수록 점점 버겁다.
친구 요청을 거절하면 어떨까?
그게 말이 쉽지 안면만 있는 사람이라도 막상 거절해 봐라.... 그게 쉽게 되나?
속으로 내심 찝찝한(멀리 하고 싶은) 친구라도 된다면 거절 즉시 드러내놓고 씹힘당할 수 있는 짓이 된다. 왜냐, 소위 친구간엔 다 연결되 있어서 내가 그 누군가만 쏙 빼고 수락 안하면 금방 티날 수 밖에 없다.
24시간 감시당하는 느낌, 나만 그런가?
어쩔 수 없이 개설해 둔 페북, 트위터는 열어놨지만 발길을 끊은지 이미 오래,
SNS의 연장인지 VoIP의 첨단 기술인지 암튼 카카오톡도 시작도 안했다.
내가 너무 과민 반응이라고?
하지만,
의사소통이라는 것은 내가 정말 소통하고 싶은 상대와 원하는 시간에 대한 자유가 보장되어야 하는데 SNS는 그렇지 않다.
내가 응답하지 않더라도 나한테 전달되는 일방적인 메시지들 자체로 이미 나의 자유는 없다.
Although there's nobody who don't do Facebook now, I really hate it.
I majored Computer Science, I worked at a Big Famous IT company, and I always uses computer... but why?
SNS is too much for me, it bothers me a lot!
Once I start to use SNS, I have to have the responsibility to receive and answer massages and I can't stand to do it.
Even though it is for the communication each other, those tiny little unimportant messages that are sent 24/7 look like the pop up ads or spams to me.
Without turning on my computer, those messages can reach to me by my smart phone.
It is certain that I've got them because I set them by myself...?
Yeah, I opened SNS services for making my human network easily and to follow the trend. But it is getting bothersome to me...
How about to reject the friend requests?
It won't easy. If I reject them it makes my reputation worse than before.
If one of my friends who I don't want to be more close to him or her request a friend to me but I don't accept it, it will spread quickly throughout my other friends' sites.
Because those friends in SNS services are all connecting each other and monitoring others.
Being watched 24/7, am I the only one who feels like this?
My Facebook, Twitter pages are almost dead now.
Am I too nervous or hysteric person?
Maybe.
I think what the communication is that the freedom of when and who to talk to but SNS is not.
They are meaningless to me the one-way messages which always push me to see and answer. They only kill my freedom.
